These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the products and services provided by Opticflow.io (“Company,” “we,” or “our”), including but not limited to the Opticflow Review Engine, AI automation systems, SMS/email communications, and related services.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of Services
1.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
1.2 Agreement
By purchasing, subscribing, or opting into any Opticflow.io service, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.
By opting into SMS or email communications, you consent to receive transactional messages, reminders, updates, and marketing information from Opticflow.io.
2. SMS and Email Messaging Terms
2.1 Consent
By providing your phone number and/or email, you consent to receive messages from Opticflow.io related to your account, service, and promotions. Standard message and data rates may apply according to your carrier’s terms.
2.2 Frequency of Messages
Message frequency will vary depending on your activity and service type. You may receive confirmations, reminders, promotional offers, and important updates.
2.3 Opt-Out
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message.
You can unsubscribe from emails by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message before communications cease.
2.4 Message Delivery
Opticflow.io is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues or technical limitations.
3. Billing, Refunds, and Guarantee
3.1 Setup and Subscription Fees
The Opticflow Review Engine setup fee includes initial installation, customization, and the first 30 days of service.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the initial period at the rate specified at purchase.
3.2 Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for new clients of the Opticflow Review Engine.
If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of activation, you may request a full refund by contacting [email protected] before your billing renewal date.
After the 30-day trial period, all payments are non-refundable.
3.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle by contacting support or using your client portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date business and contact information when using our services.
4.2 Compliance
You agree to use Opticflow.io services in compliance with all applicable laws, including data protection and anti-spam regulations (CASL, TCPA, CAN-SPAM).
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of automation and communications features complies with your local regulations.
5. Limitation of Liability
Opticflow.io and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- use or inability to use the services,
- delays or message delivery failures, or
- any loss of data, revenue, or reputation.
In no event shall the Company’s total liability exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the service in question.
6. Modifications to Terms
Opticflow.io reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
7. SMS Program Information
Program Name: Opticflow Notifications
Program Description: By subscribing, you agree to receive SMS messages regarding service updates, reminders, special offers, and follow-up notifications.
Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
